FRANCE - 21 Centrale Partners appoints two new associates

Giral, a graduate of both EM Lyon School of Management and Paris Dauphine University, specialises in refinancing operations and distressed M&A deals on behalf of investors and financial institutions. She joins the company from Kroll Talbot Hughes, a spinoff of KPMG Corporate Recovery, where she worked for 5 years developing and implementing financial and operational restructuring plans.

Vigneron has 5 years of experience in M&A and a strong knowledge of the IT markets, having worked previously for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Transaction Services. He is a graduate of INSA, an engineering school specialising in IT, and Essec Business School in Paris.
