UK - Bank of Scotland Integrated Finance appoints Paul Brooks as non-executive director

Brooks brings with him a wealth of experience in private company investing having spent 30 years in the venture capital and private equity industry. He began his career in 1977 with 3i plc, before joining Charterhouse where he became marketing director. In 1986, Paul joined the Prudential before taking up the post of CEO at PPM Capital, its private equity business. He has also held a number of non-executive directorships with private and listed companies, as well as in the voluntary sector. Having spent seven years as a non-executive director and then chairman of Gresham Private Equity he has also held non-executive directorships with Parallel Private Equity and Moorfield Group.
