FRANCE - Pascal Noguera joins Astorg Partners' investment board
French mid-cap buyout firm Astorg Partners has nominated Pascal Noguera as associate.
Noguera joined Astorg 6 years ago as director. He participated in the buyouts of Picard Surgelés, Sebia and Un Jour Ailleur, and co-led the Mecatherm, CIS, Onduline and Staci deals. During this period, he was promoted to senior investment director. Noguera also worked for Banque Worms, notably in the structured finance department.
Other members of Astorg's investment board are Xavier Moreno, Joël Lacourte and Thierry Timsitt.
