NORWAY - Norvestor sells Intelecom to Carrot
Norvestor has wholly exited its investment in Intelecom Group, a provider of outsourced communication services for businesses, through a trade sale to sector rival Carrot Communications for an undisclosed sum.
The Oslo-headquartered company was founded in 1998 as Consorte Tele, before being renamed in 2007 following the completion of several add-on acquisitions, notably that of Intelecom AS. The company provides a ranges of communication services to businesses, including telephony, contact centres and switchboards.
