FRANCE - Osiris secures first industrial deal
Osiris Partners has backed the spin-off of Produits Plastiques Performants (3P) from listed-plastics company Plastic Omnium. The deal is Osiris' second transaction.
The Paris-based company, which employs around 300 staff and generated revenues of EUR 45m in 2006, is on the verge of profitability.
The transaction is expected to complete in the second half of the year.
