FRANCE - Apax announces partnership with CEO of U10 Group

Lièvre will retain a 50.1% majority stake in the company and will remain CEO of U10 Group. The financing will be used to expand U10's active acquisition policy overseas and drive organic growth. U10 is currently represented in France, Spain and China, employing 400 staff. It is listed on Euronext Paris, compartment B.

The deal is subject to a takeover bid exemption from AMF (French Market Authority) and the approval of French anti-trust authorities.
