
UK - LDC bolsters Yorkshire investment team with new hire
LDC has hired Tony Norwood as investment director at the firm's Yorkshire office.
Norwood joins LDC from Bank of Scotland. He is also a qualified chartered accountant and won Yorkshire Business Insider's 'Young Private Equity Provider of the Year' award in 2006 and was nominated for 'Young Dealmaker of the Year' in both 2006 and 2007. In his new role, Norwood will work with a four-strong deal team and will play a key role in LDC's strategy to invest £250 million in 2009.
