UK - NVM invests £3.35 in Promatic Group

NVM Private Equity has backed the ТЃ7.5m management buyout of Promatic Group, a clay pigeon trap business. Based in Cheshire, Promatic designs and fabricates its own branded clay pigeon launchers, supplying the sporting and leisure markets in the UK and overseas. 75% of Promatic's production is exported to approximately 65 countries. Yorkshire Bank supplied around ТЃ3m of acquisition finance and working capital to facilitate the transaction. BDO Stoy Hayward, Cobbetts and Eversheds advised.
