FRANCE - Bruno Ziegler acquires FMA with two French GP's back-up
Swiss businessman Bruno Ziegler has backed the MBI of IT maintenance company FMA, alongside regional private equity houses Centre Capital Developpement (CCD) and Euro Capital.
According to press reports, Mr Ziegler, former managing director of Epson Engineering Europe, took a 72% stake in the company, while CDD and Euro Capital took 14% each. With 24 branches throughout France and 150 employees, FMA generated a EUR 10.5m turnover in 2005.
