ITALY - 360 Capital Partners to float Yoox
As reported in the most recent edition of Southern Europe unquote" , the flotation of online clothes & accessories retailer Yoox, which backed by 360 Capital Partners, has gone ahead, with the firm expecting to raise up to EUR 226m.
Based in Bologna and established in 2000, Yoox is the virtual boutique of multi-brand fashion & design. The company offers a range of end-of-season clothing and accessories at accessible prices - from vintage collectibles to capsule collections by cutting-edge designers and a unique assortment of books, design and art objects, by top end designers. The Yoox Group has logistic centres and offices in Europe, the US and Japan and delivers in more than 50 countries.
The company's figures for the first three quarters of 2009 report net earnings of EUR 68.3m showing a 46.6% increase over the same period last year.
