UK - Matrix backs £12m CB Imports MBO

The Leeds-based company imports and distributes artificial flowers, floral sundries, glassware, giftware, basketware and Christmas decorations. The company also operates a division of wholesale cash and carry outlets called Country Baskets, with warehouses in Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham and Glasgow.

Matrix is expected to help the company roll out further outlets across the UK; the first is due to open in Gateshead in January.
