FRANCE - Crédit Agricole PE backs EUR 20m Neoen investment

Crédit Agricole provided EUR 10m via its Capenergie fund, while Louis Dreyfus provided the remainder. Direct Energie, Neoen's parent company, retains a majority stake.

Neoen funds, builds and operates clean energy generations stations in France. The firm currently operates two wind farms. The new investment will fund the company's expansion. Neoen currently has 25 employees.
