SPAIN – Ahorro Corporación sells electronics firm to Siemens
Ahorro Corporación has sold electronics firm Fábrica Electrotecnica Josa (BJC) to Siemens.
In 2004, Ahorro Corporación and Caixa Panèdes acquired a 52% and 36% stake in the company, investing EUR 11m and EUR 7.5m respectively. The remaining stake was held by the management team. Last year the company reported a turnover of EUR 54m and a EUR 12.8m EBITDA.
