Bridges Ventures has backed the management buy-in of vocational training company Babington Business College, in a deal of undisclosed value.
Derby-based Babington provides LSC funded apprenticeship training in accountancy, business adminstration, customer service and financial advice. The company has training centres in Derby, Dewsbury, Nottingham, Lichfield, Stoke, Bristol and Sheffield. Bridges expects to use Babington as a platform to expand the business and consolidate the apprenticeship market.
