UK - AFM supports £4m buyout of ISP
Alliance Fund Managers (AFM), through the MSIF Venture Fund, has invested ТЃ1.1m to support the ТЃ4m management buyout of International Safety Products (ISP), a manufacturer of inflatable marine lifejackets.
Besides lifejackets, the Liverpool-based company also produces immersion suits and liferafts and was founded in 1997. Turnover in the last year was in excess of £7m.
Senior debt was provided by the Co-operative Bank.
