AUSTRIA - 3TS Capital Partners exits PXP Software AG

In 2004 3TS made its initial investment in PXP through the TCEE Funds. A further investment round took place in 2006. Vienna-based PXP is an e-business and online marketing service companies. Established in 1993, the firm is active in the development and design of e-business solutions, covering strategic e-business consulting, communications and creative consulting, implementation of complex and web based solutions, including the technical integration in existing IT systems, as well as online marketing. The company employs 50 people.
