SPAIN – Magnum reorganizes management
One of the founding members of Magnum Capital, Baldomero Falcones, has left the firm and sold his stake to the remaining three partners, Angel Corcóstegui, Enrique Leyva and João Talone.
The four founders originally held an equal 25% stake.
Magnum's first investment from its EUR 866m maiden fund was the EUR 200m acquisition of Pretersa-Prenavisa last month, the largest leveraged deal closed in Spain so far this year.
