
UK - Kirkland & Ellis makes two private equity appointments
Kirkland & Ellis International LLP has announced the appointment of two partners from Linklaters' private equity team.
At Linklaters, White represented private equity houses on all forms of management buyouts, buy-ins, leveraged buyouts and public-to-private transactions. Recent significant transactions include acting for CVC Capital Partners on the acquisition and subsequent disposal of Kwik Fit to Pai Partners for £800m and for Apax Partners in its €951m acquisition of Molnlycke Healthcare AB.
