FRANCE - Charterhouse and Chequers reach threshold for Elior de-listing
Holding Bercy Investissement (HBI), a holding controlled by Charterhouse and Chequers, has acquired a block of 1,500,000 shares giving it 95.49% of the share capital in Elior.
The acquisition means the holding has reached the threshold needed for the squeeze-out of remaining shareholders and de-listing of the business from Euronext Paris' compartment A. HBI has announced its intention to promptly file a request for this procedure with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF).
