FRANCE – 21 Investimenti acquires 80% stake in Club Med Gym
21 Investimenti has acquired an 80% stake in Club Med Gym in a deal valued at EUR 74m.
Club Med Gym is the leading fitness network in France with 22 gyms in Paris and 72,000 members. The company reported a turnover of EUR 49m in 2007.
The investors plans to continue positioning the company in the French market and open new facilities in the French capital under the Club Med Gym or Waou brands.
