Industri Kapital portfolio company Kwintet has acquired European promotional wear company The Cotton Group. Industri Kapital backed the buyout of Kwintet in 2005.

Headquartered in Belgium, The Cotton Group designs and markets a wide range of promotional apparel under its B&C brand. The company has annual sales exceeding EUR 70m and employs 100 people in Europe and Asia.
