DENMARK - Ventizz Capital Partners completes EUR 51m SSP acquisition

Plambeck Neue Energien sold their entire stake of 67.26%, while minority shareholders sold the remaining 5.02% of the shares under the same terms and conditions. New Energies Invest AG has held a stake in the company since May 2007.

Founded in 2001, the company develops, produces and sells rotor blade components for wind-energy plants. It employs 180 staff in Denmark and generated a turnover of EUR 11.1m in 2007.
