SPAIN – Arques takes over courier company

The vendor was Grupo Agbar, one of the largest Spanish industrial holdings, and Noray SL.

ASM undertakes courier, transport and special logistics services for major customers in the telecommunications, banking and insurance segments as well as the pharmaceutical industry. In 2007 the company generated revenues in excess of EUR 45m; it has approximately 350 employees and 50 branch offices in Spain, Portugal and Andorra.

This is Arques third acquisition in Spain.
