SPAIN - Magnum acquires EUR 200m logistics firm
Magnum Industrial has signed the agreement for the acquisition of an 80% stake in infrastructures logistics firm Pretersa-Prenavisa.
The remaining 20% stake is held by the former owners. The company specialises in pre-fabricated infrastructures and has an entreprise value of EUR 200m. In 2007 it reported a turnover of EUR 100m with an EBITDA of EUR 30m.
This is Magnum's second acquisition.
