UK - Mezzanine Management acquires minority stake in Regard from Bowmark

Bowmark Capital has sold Regard, a UK residential care provider for people with learning difficulties. The exit yielded returns of 3.4x and an IRR of 77%. Mezzanine Management has invested ТЃ18m in the newco to take a minority stake in a deal which is believed to have weighed in at around ТЃ120m.
