GERMANY - Steadfast Capital acquires Falk & Ross Group

Falk & Ross is a B2B distributor of branded promotional apparel with a strong focus on the logistics industry. Products sold comprise t-shirts, polo shirts or sweaters as well as jackets, caps etc. With 380,000 catalogues printed per year, the group serves some 30,000 customers throughout Europe. Falk & Ross operates a logistics centre in Sembach and a warehouse in Barcelona and has sales subsidiaries in Belgium, France, Poland, Austria and Italy. Further sales offices are situated in the Netherlands, Denmark and Czech Republic.
