CZECH REPUBLIC - Advent opens Prague office

Advent International has announced the opening of its Prague office, led by Chris Mruck. From this office, Advent will cover investment in the Czech and Slovak Republics and Hungary. With offices in Warsaw and Bucharest, this latest opening sees Advent continue its push into Central & Eastern Europe. Chris Mruck has extensive experience of the region, gleaned from ten years as head of the EBRD's Czech office. He joined Advent in 1997 and has worked on a number of CEE investments in his time at the firm, including Bulgarian Telecommunications Company, CCS and Brewery Holdings in Romania. Mruck will be joined in Prague by Michal Aron and Milan Kulich, who will join Advent in the summer.
