NORWAY - HitecVision recruits new partner

HitecVision has appointed Atle Eide as a new partner. Eide has for the past four years been the CEO of Marine Harvest and one if its predecessors Pan Fish ASA. During his time as CEO, he led the turnaround and development of the company from a financially distressed company, to becoming one of the leading seafood companies in the world. Since 2002, he has also been a non-executive chairman of the board of HitecVision Private Equity III, and had held a number of other non-executive board positions in companies such as Fokus Bank, Acta, Cermaq and SalMar.
