ITALY - Alto Partners acquires Diquigiovanni
Alto Partners has acquired an 80% stake in PVC window manufacturer Diquigiovanni in a deal valued at approximately EUR 10m.
The sale of the Vinceza-based window manufacturer was triggered by a generation change and a need to guarantee a transition for the company. The business has a EUR 18m turnover and a 20% EBITDA. The financial backers plan to pursue a build-up strategy.
