GE Commercial Finance’s business finance division has launched a dedicated corporate team to oversee structured asset-based lending and cashflow deals between £5m and £200m in value. The new unit has been piloted over the last 12 months, completing over 15 deals.
Merged company will have combined revenues of around €8m in 2020, and employ over 50 staff.
