DENMARK - AAC Capital and Polaris in BabySam MBO

The investment will be used to transform the chain of independent shops to create a Nordic baby equipment retail chain. Growth will be secured by opening new stores, making add-ons and implementing operational improvements such as centralising the sourcing and finance functions supported by an upgraded HR function.

The debt financing to support the deal was supplied by HSH Nordbank.

The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close by April 2008.
