
FRANCE - Norton Rose bolsters its Paris office with three hires
Norton Rose has announced the addition of three associates to its Paris office.
Roberto Cristofolini and Marie-Aude Noury have joined Norton Rose’s corporate finance team, which now comprises eight associates and 25 various specialists. The pair leave Latham & Watkins, where they had worked together since 2003, as senior lawyer and associate, respectively. Both also worked at Linklaters. The hired pair’s main area of expertise centres on stock exchange law. They cooperated notably on the listings of ModeLabsGroup in 2006 and Meetic in 2005 and Nicox’s capital increases in 2004 and 2006.
