
AlpInvest spins-off mid- market buyout activities
The buyout team of private equity investor AlpInvest Partners will become independent as of 1 January 2006 and will go by the name of Taros Capital. The new company continues the management of AlpInvest's lead buyout investments in the Benelux and Germany (EUR 550m) such as Raet, Delft Instruments and Sunweb in The Netherlands, Taminco in Belgium and Novem in Germany.
