FRANCE - DLA Piper hires new partners for Paris office
Global legal services company DLA Piper has announced the appointment of Véronique Collin and Clotilde Dirnat as partners in its finance and projects practice group in Paris.
Collin has over 20 years of experience in banking and finance and joins the company following a six year period as a partner at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. She will take on the role of team leader and practice builder in the Paris office.
Dirnat also has 20 years of experience in the banking and finance sector, most recently spending seven years as a partner for Herbert Smith. She will focus on structured financings including cross-border acquisition financings, pan-European asset-backed transactions and debt restructurings.
