UK - LDC appoints Paul Johnson as head of larger mid-market team
LDC has appointed Paul Johnson to head a newly-created team which will focus on originating larger mid-market transactions. The team will target deals requiring an equity investment between ТЃ25m and ТЃ100m, the newly-instated upper reach of LDCтs underwriting capabilities. LDC now has the firepower to back companies with an enterprise value of up to ТЃ250m.
