UK - Barclays realises IRR of 22% from MBB of Benlowe Group

Barclays originally invested in a buy-in management buyout in December 2001, with Fortis Bank NV supplying debt facilities. The debt providers have once again supported the management, who have now gained complete control of the company.

Benlowe Group is a specialist manufacturer of windows, stairs and doors for achitects, housing associations and all the major UK house-builders and contractors, including social housing contractors.
