FRANCE - Activa Capital hires Cinven investor and appoints new partner

Thierry Célestin was a principal at Cinven, where he worked on the acquisitions of Frans Bonhomme and Aprovia notably. Before this, he spent five years in corporate finance at Lazard.

Christophe Parier joined Activa in 2003 as investment director. He participated in the buyouts of Françoise Saget and Pro Natura, amongst others. He previously worked for 3i and Royal Bank of Scotland Private Equity.
