UK - Blackstones quits plans to delist FKI
Blackstone has ended talks with engineering group FKI about a possible ТЃ768m take-private deal. The London-listed group announced that it was in contact with a suitor in May this year.
Loughborough-based FKI has operations in more than 20 countries and in the year ended 31 March 2006, its turnover amounted to £1.273bn. The Group currently employs over 12,000 people.
