Barclays Ventures exits System C Healthcare on AIM
Barclays Ventures has sold its22% stake in System C Healthcare, as part of a £27.3m share placingand admission to AIM.
Barclays Ventures was the largest single existing shareholder in System CHealthcare, and had been the sole institutional backer of the company sinceits first investment in 2001. Last year, it led a £3m financing round for thecompany.
