FRANCE - Siparex backs Greenwich OBO
Siparex has supported an owner-buyout of management consulting partnership Greenwich Consulting, taking a 17% stake in the company. The business will be renamed TwentyOne.
Greenwich, founded in 2001, is a pan-European strategy and management consulting firm focused on the Telecoms & Media industry. The company is based in Paris and had a turnover of EUR 31m in 2007, with a target of EUR 75m for 2012.
