FRANCE - Barclays Private Equity takes minority stake in scaffolding business
According to market sources, Barclays Private Equity has taken a minority stake in Entrepose-Echafaudages, in a secondary 'owner buyout'.
TCR Capital had backed the company's first buyout in 2002, by taking a 52% stake. The deal was originally estimated at around EUR 60m. A EUR 20m recap took place in May 2005.
Established in 1935, the company employs around 400 staff.
