UK - Modus Private Equity invests £8m in packaging MBO

Modus Private Equity has invested over ТЃ8m to back the management buyout of Mondi Speciality Packaging, formerly a part of Anglo American Plc.

Mondi Speciality Packaging is one of the UK’s leader’s in retail-ready packaging providing for the FMCG and speciality alcoholic beverage markets. Its impressive customer base includes Kimberley Clarke, Bacardi and Budweiser. The new business is being named ‘inspirepac’.
