
ITALY - Linklaters appoints three
Law firm Linklaters has appointed three new associates to its Italian practice.
David Ingrassia has joined the capital markets department, where he will handle Italian and international transactions. Prior to joining Linklaters, Ingrassia was an associate in Shearman & Sterling's Rome office where he practiced in the area of financial markets. Meanwhile Alessandra Palladini has joined the corporate department, where he will focus on M&A, joint ventures, project finance and private equity. Palladini joins from Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. Silvia di Stefano has also been added as an associate in the banking and projects division.
The firm has also appointed Diego Esposito as a trainee within the capital markets department.
