Close Brothers Corporate Finance renamed
Close Brothers Corporate Finance (CBCF) has been renamed DC Advisory Partners, following its acquisition by a Japanese investment bank.
In July last year, CBCF was bought by Daiwa Capital Markets. Today's renaming brings the corporate finance office under the same branding as other offices around Europe.
DC Advisory Partners plans to open more offices this year as part of a growth drive in M&A, distressed debt, restructuring and debt advisory services.
The firm recently worked with Advent International, advising the private equity group on its secondary sale of Poundland to Warburg Pincus.
