UK - Close Growth Capital acquires Blueberry from 3i for £12m

Blueberry is a supplier and distributor of speciality ambient food to the premium independent retail market including: garden centres, farm shops, department stores and speciality food retailers. With a turnover of just under £20m and 130 staff, Blueberry's customers include Wyevale, Waitrose, John Lewis, Budgen and Booker, while its products include Foster's branded foods, John Lusty Soup, and Bahlsen biscuits.
