Bridges Ventures has sold portfolio brokerage company Insurance Dialogue to trade buyer Equity Insurance Group for an undisclosed sum.
In 2005, Bridges Ventures invested £1m into Insurance Dialogue as part of a £1.7m first round of the funding for the company. Over the course of the investment, the company built a new call centre in Bournemouth, which created a number of new jobs.
Dorset-based Insurance Dialogue is an insurance broker that offers tailored insurance products to the over-50s market. Since its inception in January 2004, the business has operated through its trading name insure4retirement.co.uk. The company has call centres in Falmouth, Plymouth and Bournemouth.
