DENMARK - Procuritas sells EXPAN
Procuritas has sold EXPAN, a Danish construction company, to CRH Denmark A/S, part of the international construction company CRH.
Procuritas invested in EXPAN in 2004 when they acquired 100% of the shares together with a small consortium of investors. EXPAN currently employs 730 people, and has 7 factories in Denmark and one factory in Germany.
