POLAND - Enterprise Investors acquires PLN 16m Web Inn
Enterprise Investors has wholly acquired IT sourcing business Web Inn in a deal valued at PLN 16m (EUR 3.6m).
Based in Kraków, Web Inn was previously owned by Sygnity (formerly ComputerLand). The company provides IT outsourcing services and has grown at an average annual rate of 60% in the last few years. Together with its two subsidiaries the company achieved total sales of PLN 22m (approx. €6.3 million) in 2008.
The deal represents the fourth investment in six months from Enterprise Investors' Venture Fund I. The purchase agreement specifies an additional payment of up to PLN 4m, provided Web Inn exceeds the 2009 budget.
