NORDIC - Roschier appoints new chairman

Calissendorff has been the head of Roschier's Stockholm office since it opened 2005, and is also in charge of the firm's Swedish M&A practice. A former president of the Swedish Bar Association, he was appointed solicitor to the Swedish King in 2009.

Lindholm has been part of the Roschier team for over 25 years and was appointed senior partner in 2001. Prior to this he was managing partner for five years. When he steps down as chairman and senior partner at the end of November, he will continue to practice law in a boutique firm focusing on specialised areas of law.

Ulf-Henrik Kull will continue as managing partner, a role he took on earlier this year.
