UK - Catalyst recruits food expert

Prior to joining Catalyst Peacock was commercial finance manager at United Biscuits where his role included acquiring new brands, such as Jacobs Crackers from Danone and Nik Naks and Wheat Crunchies, formerly owned by Golden Wonder. He joined United Biscuits after graduating with a Masters degree from Cambridge.
